Qualifications

• Experience with structured credit, securitized products or asset-backed financing.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing management and monitoring of structured credit investments and flow programs across the Americas.
• Manage forward flows, warehouses, asset purchase facilities, securitizations, and related reporting.
• Analyze data to assess performance vs underwriting expectations and identify risks.
• Redesign workflows using AI and automation to improve controls and data quality.
• Develop clear views on portfolio performance and communicate to deal teams.
• Build monitoring, reporting, and control infrastructure for a growing portfolio.
• Partner with CPP Investments teams to take on increasing responsibilities.
