You will manage a team of engineers and designers, oversee workloads, and act as a hands-on technical leader while aligning with company policies and procedures. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Leadership and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for daily operations of the Structural section, including staff development, project profitability, team morale, and quality control.
• Function as a Project Manager, overseeing production and delivery on key structural projects.
• Coordinate staff administration and lead technical services with other groups.
• Support local marketing efforts, including planning, proposals, and interviews.
• Select, train, and manage technical personnel within the section.
• Collaborate with Area and Regional leadership to support local and national marketing and production.
