Morskate Manufacturing is expanding in Ponoka, Alberta and seeks a dependable Structural Junior Drafter to create accurate drawings for beams, columns, stairs and handrails. You will generate models, cut lists, and CNC files, supporting fabrication and ERP workflows.

With this expansion comes an exciting opportunity—we are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Structural Junior Drafter to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Drafting Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for structural steel components including beams, columns, stairs, and handrails. Reporting to the Drafting Supervisor, this role supports the fabrication process by producing models, cut lists, and CNC files using drafting software. We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $25.00 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
