Ganotec is seeking a Senior Structural Estimator in Oakville, Ontario. You will prepare and present estimates for project proposals, aid in the development of discipline estimates, and guide projects on specific tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 8 years of estimating experience.
You will work closely with various disciplines while maintaining professional relations with clients and subcontractors. Ganotec offers a competitive compensation package alongside substantial benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
As a Structural Estimator, you will prepare, review, and present discipline estimates for specific project proposal activities. In this role, you will provide estimating assistance and guidance to projects, develop conceptual estimates, and perform cost analysis. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of discipline estimates, developing and updating historical databases, and aiding in the creation of department procedures. You will also provide direction to others on estimating specific level tasks as required.

Base Compensation: 100,000 - 150,000
