Job summary

TBT Engineering Limited is seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to contribute to design and analysis across multidisciplinary teams. You will work under mentorship toward professional licensure, applying civil/structural engineering principles in a dynamic environment in Northwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities include preparing designs and reports, coordinating with clients and agencies, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering from a Canadian university.
• Field experience is an asset in design and delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of codes, standards, and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of designs, analyses, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Support technical and project management through design development and site coordination.
• Prepare and verify technical reports, calculations, and deliverables with accuracy.
