Stantec's Buildings team in Montréal / Longueuil is seeking an experienced structural engineer to design concrete, steel, and timber structures and prepare plans and specs. You will collaborate with project teams, architects, and clients to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements include a DEC in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 3 years of building structural experience, Revit proficiency, and strong French communication. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifikationen

• DEC in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building structural engineering.
• Proficiency with Revit software.
• Strong command of spoken and written French; English is an asset.
• Certification in General Health and Safety on Construction Sites (ASP Construction) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Designing and drafting a variety of structural projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Performing field surveys and site measurements.
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, plans, and specifications.
• Participating in structural inspections.
• Coordinating activities with the various project stakeholders.
• Applying company procedures and standards, as well as client requirements.
• Providing technical support to colleagues, collaborators, and clients.
• Performing other related duties to support the successful delivery of projects.
