Job Title:Structural Civil Engineer

What you will be doing:

• Design and analyze structures using steel, wood, concrete, and masonry for residential and retail clients in Muskoka region.

• Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 junior staff.

• Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and use of BCIN qualifications.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients through site visits and project consultations. Being on site 5 days a week is the expectation, some exceptions can be made for hybrid days for strong performers.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or EIT status working towards P.Eng.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Risa 3D, and structural design software.

• Experience in high-end residential or commercial projects.

Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 – $150,000
