Job summary

The University of British Columbia (UBC) is seeking an ENHANCE Study Coordinator for the OK Stroke Research Lab in Kelowna. This part-time, 0.8 FTE position supports recruitment, data collection and coordination across sites for a 12-month study with potential renewal.

Reporting to Dr. Brodie Sakakibara, you will manage literature searches, data entry, and grantee communications while assisting with publications and grant-related tasks as part of the ENHANCE project.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or graduation from a technical college with relevance to rehabilitation/healthcare.
• Preference for candidates with direct research experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and assess patients in rehabilitation studies.
• Assemble and distribute study-related packages for data collection.
• Data entry in RedCap with frequent auditing of data completeness.
• Coordinate communication among multiple study sites.
