Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Power Technology or Electrical Engineering degree.
• Knowledge of electrical street lighting design and maintenance.
• Ability to apply provincial/municipal standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and management of street lighting capital projects.
• Direct design methodology and execution of capital projects with energy efficiency goals.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cost-recovery calculations for lighting projects.
• Conduct site visits, collect asset data, and identify opportunities and constraints.
• Supervise contractors and review invoices and progress for compliance.
