Job summary

Venn, Canada’s fast-growing fintech, is seeking a pragmatic operator to tackle cross-functional challenges across Ops, GTM and Partnerships. You will partner with the founders to set and hit ambitious KPIs, and build scalable processes to sustain hyper-growth.

You’ll bring 3+ years in high-growth environments, strong analytical skills, and fluency with SQL, Python and Excel to turn data into action. If you’re hungry to disrupt banking, join us in Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced startup/consulting/investment banking environment.
• Analytical, data-driven thinker with ownership.
• Ability to drive projects from 0 to 1 across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the company's toughest problems across Ops, GTM, Partnerships, etc.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve Venn products and business outcomes.
• Work with the founders to set and ensure operational KPIs.
• Build and optimise scalable processes to support hyper-growth.
• Analyze data to provide insights to Product and other internal teams.
