Job summary

Venn Software Inc. in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a senior design leader to shape end-to-end product experiences for a fast-growing fintech. You will drive design system evolution, craft interactions, and deliver production-ready assets.

The role requires 6+ years design experience, strong autonomy, and a passion for entrepreneurship. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to ship polished user experiences that power Canadian entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced startup.
• Autonomy to execute and take initiative.
• Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, as you'll be joining on the ground floor and building the business.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.
• Refine patterns, improve consistency, and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.
• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.
• Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail.
• Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.

• Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.

• Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.

• Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail.
