• Five years of related experience in planning or strategy.
• Experience leading planning programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, partner with stakeholders, measure performance, innovate and guide transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with colleagues in Quality, Safety and Strategy to align organizational goals.
• Apply systems thinking to assess current state and design actionable improvement plans.
• Incorporate stakeholder experiences to inform ongoing organizational planning.
