Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Previous consulting experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end Business Review cycle for IB Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Coordinate inputs and assist in the preparation of materials for local governance forums, regional governance and executive committees.
• Ensure timely delivery of clear, well-structured presentation materials.
• Support the execution of the SIP cycle across the region.
• Assist in the preparation of SIP deliverables, including country-level presentations, executive updates and other supporting materials.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across governance channels.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting materials, including dashboards, tracking reports, performance summaries.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear and concise insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all deliverables.
• Maintain and update standard templates and reporting formats.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Risk, and country teams to gather and validate information, ensure alignment of key messages and KPIs, and support consistency in reporting and communication across stakeholders.
• Support PMO activities for strategic initiatives and governance routines.
• Assist in the coordination of steering committees, governance meetings, and executive sessions.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on action items.
• Help ensure outputs are delivered on time and meet required quality standards
