Job summary

Business Development Bank of Canada is seeking a Lead, Strategic Planning and Governance for Advisory Services. The role drives cross‑Advisory planning, governance, and performance, coordinating with Finance, Corporate Strategy and other partners to align priorities with corporate objectives.

You will manage the ASLT planning rhythm, prepare materials for SVP decisions, and support executive reporting across national forums and cross‑functional initiatives. Bilingual capability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in consulting, business planning, or strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-Advisory planning, governance and performance management.
• Coordinate multi-area priorities into integrated plans and materials for SVP decisions.
• Oversee advisory leadership meetings, national forums and executive reporting.
