Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Retirement Actuarial Consultant to help Canadian organizations and their workforces manage retirement risk and optimize plan solutions within the Wealth Solutions practice. You will drive growth and provide strategic advisory services across Western Canada, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead engagements, oversee project delivery, mentor colleagues, and present insights to executives and boards, leveraging actuarial expertise and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in pension plan consulting or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Rigorous, well-organized approach to work.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile client relationships and complex retirement consulting engagements.
• Deliver strategic guidance on pension plan design, funding, governance, risk management, and sustainability.
