We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the Manager, Divisional Planning & Coordination role responsible for managing business operations and strategies for the Prevention Services Division, from within the Divisional Strategy and Operations Department. The position provides leadership and direction to assigned staff and is responsible for managing the activities of the assigned area to ensure the effective delivery of services and implementation of WorkSafeBC and divisional goals, priorities and plan.
The incumbent will also be responsible for managing and producing a variety of high-profile and technical reports and updates. This includes statistical work, for internal and external consumption, for varying levels of management and staff that support the strategic and efficient operation of prevention services.
You'll help ensure B.C. workers go home safely at the end of their workday.
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you will work primarily from our Richmond Office with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.
