You will work with individuals and business owners, applying your knowledge of investments, loans and insurance while balancing client satisfaction with risk management and profitability. French language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers required.
• French language proficiency is required; other combinations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
