Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to develop lasting relationships with members and clients, assessing needs and offering tailored financial plans, investments, and insurance solutions. You will serve mass-affluent individuals, businesses and owners across life stages to help achieve goals.

You will promote digital solutions, conduct onsite visits, and collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund certificate and Financial Planner title are preferred.
• Bi-lingual French and English skills are required.
• Ability to work one evening per week and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and determine target outcomes.
• Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on financial services industry news, market trends and best practices.
• Participate in outreach activities and be present in the community.
• Conduct onsite visits of the businesses you serve.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers

Hold the title of Financial Planner

Knowledge of French

Advanced proficiency of English

Available to work one evening per week and on a rotating Saturday schedule
