You will work with a diverse client base, stay current on market trends, and collaborate with partners to balance satisfaction, business objectives and prudent risk management. The role is offered in a hybrid work model with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers).
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
