Desjardins in Montreal seeks an Associate Wealth Management Advisor to service, prospect for, solicit, and grow relationships with members and clients. You will focus on discretionary management, mutual funds, ETFs and structured products, tailoring solutions to client needs.

You balance sales objectives with prudent risk management, profitability and client satisfaction, driving portfolio growth and cross-sell opportunities across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• General college diploma in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency of French, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
• Action oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Set goals and advise members and clients on the best solutions and strategies.
• Analyze and meet complex client needs, handle requests and follow up as needed.
• Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations.
• Oversee portfolios.
• Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
• Monitor the industry to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices.
