Job summary

Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Business Analyst in Mississauga to help deliver key project initiatives across process design, testing, and implementation. You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure feasible, sustainable solutions.

You will apply supply chain expertise and leverage SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to drive insights, support testing, and enable smooth implementation for frontline operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across IT, operations, and business teams.
• Experience in data analysis to drive business decisions and process improvements.
• Ability to create and deliver training content for end users and stakeholders.
• Foundational SQL development skills to support data querying and validation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and advanced analytics platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or related supply chain tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Transportation, Operations Planning, Finance, Distribution, and IT to gather requirements and support development, testing, and successful implementation.
• Apply supply chain expertise to ensure delivered processes and system solutions meet business needs and remain sustainable for front-line operational teams.
• Support testing by using documented requirements and user acceptance criteria to confirm system configuration performs as expected.
• Manage assigned activities in line with enhancement timelines and the agreed-upon detailed design.
• Lead implementation activities with impacted stakeholders by providing updates, responding to inquiries, and supporting training delivery (formal and informal).
• Create and enhance training materials to help end users understand and adopt new processes and technology solutions.
• Perform data and process analysis to inform insights and support business decision-making.
• Leverage automation, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to support continuous process improvement.
• Support the development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses (CBAs), and ROI assessments for operational and technology initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders across the organization.
