Ontario Public Service is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility transportation projects in Ontario. You will direct delivery, oversee performance, and shape governance while coordinating with provincial and municipal partners to advance major commitments.

An information session is scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM. You will provide strategic advice on priorities, risks, and policy implications, contribute to business cases and cabinet submissions, and help

Qualifications

Knowledge of planning and project management methodologies, guidelines, standards and processes
Knowledge of provincial/federal legislation and regulations related to ministries and governance
Understanding of government decision-making structures and processes
Ability to collaborate with others to develop legislation and policies

Responsabilités

Direct the delivery of complex, high-profile projects to achieve provincial objectives.
Drive performance management, oversight, and reporting across project portfolios.
Lead project governance, controls, and executive-level communications.
Establish and champion project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Provide strategic advice on priorities, risks, issues, and policy implications.
Contribute to executive decision-making materials, including business cases and Cabinet/Treasury Board submissions.
Guide project integration, governance and change initiatives to ensure alignment and results.
