iA Financial Group is seeking a Business Architecture Advisor to lead strategic transformation efforts, translating strategy into actionable business solutions. You will influence senior leadership, simplify complex issues, and drive major initiatives across insurance and savings domains.

The role requires a strong ability to connect strategic vision with operational realities, and to guide decisions through a holistic, collaborative approach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business architecture or analyzing complex issues in insurance and savings sectors.
• Advanced English and French proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope of initiatives, structure delivery, assess costs, benefits and risks with IT teams and partners.
• Act as the business line representative in major initiatives and influence decision-making.
• Develop clear communications, models and visuals to make business issues actionable.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and drive value.
• Analyze roadmaps, impacts and dependencies to propose coherent action plans.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain a holistic, results-oriented view.
• Support partners through advisory activities to ensure solutions are understood and adopted.
• Monitor industry trends and share best practices to develop the team.
• Maintain and evolve business architecture frameworks.
