Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Functional Architecture Advisor to define and evolve robust accounting and ERP solutions. You will lead functional analysis, document requirements, and partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure cohesive, value-driven architectures in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a university degree, 10+ years in functional analysis or architecture in accounting, and fluency in French with professional English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Functional Architect in accounting.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, preferably Oracle, in a financial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French with intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor in analysis, definition, and evolution of business requirements.
• Design, document, and recommend functional and system solutions for internal clients.
• Define and structure business requirements, data transformation rules, interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze impacts of proposed changes and present recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Serve as liaison between business sectors, delivery teams, technology partners, and vendors.
• Participate in evaluating new applications, oversee testing strategies, and support users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and provide functional leadership when required.
