Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Total Rewards to help design and implement compensation strategies across the enterprise. You will work with the Total Rewards team to develop programs, analyze market data, and support governance to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

You will contribute to executive and broad-based plans, manage annual salary reviews, LTIP, and pay equity initiatives, while maintaining internal documentation and HRIS integration for compensation processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive compensation experience and knowledge of compensation principles.
Experience with labor market surveys, HR practices and compensation cycle management.
Knowledge of job evaluation systems and pay equity concepts.
Familiarity with Pay Equity, Pay Transparency and related Canadian regulations.

Responsibilities

Design, build and communicate enterprise-wide compensation policies and programs.
Manage broad-based pay analysis, market pricing and job documentation.
Participate in annual compensation processes including the Salary Review and STIP.
Assist in administration of LTIP and broad-based equity programs.
Develop and maintain Total Rewards documentation (guides, FAQs, forms).
Support HRIS implementation and maintenance for compensation programs.
