Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multi-year, enterprise-scale technology initiatives within a strategic PMO. The role requires deep experience in infrastructure, security-focused delivery, and large-scale platform modernization.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and change management across engineering, security, and business stakeholders, with executive-level reporting and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree is an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading large-scale platform transformations, system migrations, or core technology modernization programs.
• Strong technical PM background with infrastructure and security (infrasec) domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise technology programs with focus on infrastructure, security, and platform integration.
• Drive environment build-outs, technical integrations, and migrations to modern platform ecosystem.
• Define scope, metrics, deliverables, and outcomes aligned to strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage integrated delivery plans including resource allocation, schedules, risk, and quality controls.
• Provide strategic leadership across integration patterns, networking, authentication, IAM, cloud, and data migration.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making across the program.
• Establish governance practices, including risk/issue management, change control, and compliance oversight.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors and platform partners, ensuring contractual deliverables and timelines.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and status.
• Drive organizational change management strategies for new platforms, tools, and workflows.
• Coordinate communications, training, and readiness plans with business and technical leaders.
• Ensure integration strategies align with enterprise architecture and security principles.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve delivery practices.
