The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR leadership, strategic vision, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide talent and workforce initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development and succession planning.
• Drive DEI, organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and external partners on workforce analytics.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks.
