Job summary

Nova Scotia Power is seeking a strategic Director, Talent & Workforce Strategy to align people and capabilities with long-term business priorities. You will lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning, partnering with senior leaders across Emera and NS Power.

The role requires 10+ years of HR leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and change management capabilities. A CPHR designation is a plus as the organization advances its transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide talent and workforce initiatives.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and build trust.
