Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years in procurement.
• Knowledge of sourcing, contract renewals, quotation analysis, and core terms.
• Ability to analyze financial and contractual information, including pricing trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract renewals with internal stakeholders and confirm requirements.
• Execute low to medium dollar and complexity sourcing activities, including spot buys.
• Request vendor quotes, conduct market research, and compare costs year over year.
• Negotiate low to medium risk agreements such as NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors, guiding procurement processes.
• Coordinate reviews with Legal, Risk, Privacy, and other partners.
• Monitor procurement systems and renewals to keep work on schedule.
• Work within procurement policies and escalate issues when needed.
