Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business or Supply Management.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management experience.Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value competitive procurement processes, including RFx development, evaluation, negotiations, and contract award.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess technical, operational, financial, and contractual requirements and develop evidence-based recommendations.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively facilitate RFx's, engage stakeholders, and communicate procurement recommendations.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and perform effectively under tight deadlines and competing priorities.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience procuring clinical equipment and technology, or other highly technical products and services is strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical equipment, healthcare technologies, and related services gained through clinical, operational, or procurement experience, is considered an asset.
