Job summary

Pomerleau seeks a Strategic Sourcing Advisor in Montreal to lead category strategy, supplier negotiations, and project procurement for multiple divisions. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, analyze market trends, and collaborate with executives to deliver value and risk mitigation on high-impact projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction procurement, strong negotiation and English/French skills, and an autonomous, collaborative mindset. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of specialized trade contractors and suppliers.
• Bilingual in English and French.

• Define and implement category strategies for major portfolios.
