Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact and coordinate across departments to manage current job files.
  • Advise Sales Representatives on job stage and what needs to be completed.
  • Prepare and process jobs from start to finish, including orders and inquiries.
  • Manage quotes, sales orders, pricing updates, payments and ERP/crm data.
  • Ensure job information is up to date to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate site preparation and delivery sequencing with construction teams.
  • Maintain positive customer experience from initial contact to delivery.
