Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support integrated supply and inventory plans within the S&OP process, monitor inventory positions, and reconcile shipments for accurate reporting.

You will analyze data to support positioning, collaborate with Canpotex stakeholders to align plans, and contribute to scenario planning, data integrity, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Applied Science or Business.
• Experience with supply chain modelling or data mining is an asset.
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of integrated supply and inventory plans within the S&OP process.
• Monitor inventory positions across the supply chain and identify risks, imbalances, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Complete inventory, shipment, billing, and sales reconciliations to support accurate supply chain reporting and decision-making.
• Analyze supply chain data to support inventory positioning, corridor balancing, and grade distribution decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Canpotex to maintain alignment to the supply and inventory plan.
• Support scenario analysis and planning activities by evaluating supply chain constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
• Maintain data integrity across planning and operational systems, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities related to supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP workflows.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and materials to support S&OP meetings and cross-functional reviews.
