Job summary

Caldic Canada Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Specialist to manage inventory levels, execute purchase orders, and ensure timely replenishment across regions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with MRP systems, and collaboration with Customer Care, Production and Logistics to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory planning, exposure to GMP/HACCP standards, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience with MRP, inventory planning and replenishment.
• Exposure to business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and execute purchase orders to suppliers.
• Review and maintain item min/max levels for high-turn inventory.
• Execute MRP activities within D365 for assigned items and vendors.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Production and Logistics to meet customer needs.
• Submit change controls and reconcile PO documentation for payment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
