The North West Company in Winnipeg is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to support inventory management, order fulfilment and obsolescence control. You will coordinate with Category Management, Demand Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability across Canadian warehouses.

You will analyze supplier performance, manage open orders and adjust purchasing decisions based on forecasts, lead times and promotions while balancing margin and transportation costs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce or related field; designation is an asset.
• Hands-on buying or replenishment experience in high-volume retail with multi-vendor scope.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, replenishment planning, safety stock, lead times and obsolescence management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with purchasing, inventory and demand planning systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; translate data into actionable decisions.
• Experience improving product availability, turnover and cost controls.
• Ability to manage a complex buying portfolio and respond to supply disruptions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment with Category Management, Demand Planning and Distribution to balance inventory.
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on at-risk shipments and support on-time fulfilment.
• Make purchasing decisions based on forecasts, lead times and promotional activity.
• Monitor vendor service levels and resolve stockouts, excess inventory and obsolescence risks.
• Optimize inventory by balancing availability, gross margin, freight costs and obsolescence.
• Review policies and safety stock to improve turnover and service objectives.
• Maintain forecasts, vendor parameters and replenishment data across systems.
• Allocate inventory for demand and seasonal programs with partners.
• Prepare reports, conduct audits and identify improvement opportunities.
