Job summary

Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto seeks an Associate Registrar, Records & Registration to lead registrarial operations and process improvements within ROSE. You will ensure accurate student data, advise on policy, and support graduation-related activities for a diverse student population.

You will develop workflows, supervise the registration team, and collaborate with academic units to enhance service delivery, data governance, and enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years’ registrarial or student records experience in a post-secondary environment.
• Experience interpreting academic regulations, policies, and procedures with discretion.
• Experience leading operational processes or service improvements in higher education.
• Experience advising students, faculty, and staff on registrarial matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee enrollment and graduation cycles.
• Develop records administration plans to support admissions and enrollment objectives.
• Interpret academic regulations and degree requirements.
• Advise staff on interpretation of academic regulations and impact on records.
• Advise students on academic and financial matters considering personal circumstances.
• Implement plans and process improvements for registration and enrollment.
• Direct the activities of staff performing similar functions.
