Job summary

The role focuses on hunter growth, building executive relationships with transit authorities, OEMs, EPCs, and consultants, while coordinating cross-functional teams to win multi-million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience within the passenger rail, transit, or transportation sector.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Established network of industry contacts within North American passenger rail and transit markets.
  • Strong understanding of complex infrastructure projects and public-sector procurement processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Traveling required for this role: 50%

Responsibilities

  • Grow Willowglen’s transportation sales pipeline through proactive identification and qualification of opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on transit agencies, rail operators, OEMs, EPCs, and consulting organizations.
  • Drive early customer engagement and influence project requirements through a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Position Willowglen as a trusted partner by articulating differentiated capabilities and long-term value proposition.
  • Lead customer presentations, workshops, and industry speaking engagements with both technical and executive audiences.
