Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Laval, Quebec is seeking a Purchasing & Supplies Coordinator to coordinate purchases for stores, Head Office and our Distribution Centre.

The role supports inventory management, builds strong relationships with suppliers, and assists the Procurement Department on special projects as assigned. This maternity leave replacement role focuses on negotiating product pricing, optimizing stock levels, and improving procurement processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum purchasing experience.
• Experience with inventory management tools.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct store visits (10%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and supplier negotiations for stores, Head Office and Distribution Centre.
• Manage and analyze inventory to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
• Support store requests and special purchasing needs from Head Office.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure accuracy of invoices and costing.
