Job summary

Alstom is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain and Project Materials Manager to drive material delivery and governance on Canada’s large transit transformation programs.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Installation, and Project Managers to ensure QCD commitments are met and risk is mitigated. This role requires leadership of a PMM team and regular coordination across functions, including Kingston-related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
• 8–10+ years of experience in project material management or project supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, material planning and procurement interfaces.
• Experience working with ERP solutions (SAP preferred) and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Supply Chain activities across the project portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between project requirements and Supply Chain execution from start to delivery.
• Set up and synchronize Supply Chain processes with industrial requirements.
• Drive project material demand and end-to-end retro-planning based on BOM and maturity.
• Manage PMMs, budgets, risks, and performance KPIs across teams.
