Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in consulting, program/project management, transformation or operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability with practical recommendations.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in a complex project environment.
- Excellent planning, risk management and performance-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to Kingston, ON frequently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated Industrial Operations plan with milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate inputs to project schedule and align with milestones.
- Drive weekly reviews, action tracking and management rhythm.
- Monitor KPIs, readiness, risks and recovery plans across functions.
- Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing readiness and readiness reviews.
- Prepare management reporting for project leadership.
- Support budget tracking and resource planning.
