Job summary

Bombardier in Canada is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations strategic initiatives on Challenger Product. You will drive governance, schedule planning, and risk management while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time.

With five years of PM experience and a relevant degree, you will communicate effectively in French and English and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering; PMP is an asset.
• Experience leading business-critical projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of financial basics and notions.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead and manage key projects related to operations strategic initiatives on Challenger Product (build business cases, establish project planning, identify schedule & financials risks and deliver project on-time);
• Establish governances, elevate to the appropriate management level when required and provide visibility to senior management;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Develop communication and change management plans to ensure successful deployment of projects;
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management;
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering – a PMP is an asset;
• You have knowledge in Project Management & experience in leading business critical projects;
• You have strong team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities;
• You drive for results and are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering quality results and meeting commitments;
• You have good knowledge of financial basic principles & notions;
• You have initiative and have the desire to make decisions;
• You possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken, French and English) and are able to influence at different levels of the organization;
• You use effectively the MS Office suite (O365 environment)
