Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Degree in Business Administration recommended.
• 5 years experience in project management, business planning, procedures analysis and systems design.
• Microsoft Word and Excel – Intermediate; Microsoft PowerPoint – Advanced.
• Writing queries and creating automated applications using SQL and other tools – preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and analytics using SQL – preferred.
• If not Excel certified, must complete the entire Excel program within 1 year from start date.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions in support of FedEx Canada’s strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrates competency in all areas of project development: opportunity identification, building and designing a solution, quantification and justification of benefits, launching the most feasible solution and evaluating metrics of success.
• Independently works closely with FedEx executives in developing strategies to drive core transportation revenue and operational excellence.
