Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel; bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Understand interdependencies within the manufacturing environment and with other groups.
• Identify and optimize cell bottlenecks to ensure adherence to the production plan.
• Monitor scheduling plans daily and adjust as needed.
• Act as a resource for customer service, engineering, project management and manufacturing cells.
• Recommend staff adjustments or workload leveling according to the plan.
• Analyze material inputs availability to adjust workload release with procurement.
• Incorporate changes to master plan and coordinate with engineering and project planners.
• Promote clear communication and ensure follow-ups among stakeholders.
