Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a SA25 Product Manager in Burnaby, BC, on-site, to manage the lifecycle of our flagship aseptic filling machine and align marketing, operations and service strategies.

You will define a winning product, refine market models, forecast demand, and drive partnerships with existing accounts while shaping pricing and go-to-market directions. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent with 10+ years in life sciences.
• Preference for drug product experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams on large innovation projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive understanding of target market.
• Define winning product and long-term competitiveness.
• Maintain and improve market model and go-to-market strategy.
• Project future demand based on market conditions.
• Strengthen connections with install base to grow revenue.
• Develop service/stocking strategy considering end-of-life components and downtime.
• Set pricing, promo, quality, and business improvements directions.
• Collaborate with Sales on product positioning and win/loss data.
