Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions in Winnipeg is seeking a Sr Manufacturing Associate to support filling of specialty pharmaceutical products and the manufacturing of medical device components. This role contributes to protecting and saving lives through strict cGMP adherence and robust documentation.

You will perform aseptic filling with the SA25 filler, ensure quality control, train teammates, and operate within a cleanroom environment, including gowning and PPE protocols, while lifting materials as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, protocols and work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a group environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift/move materials/equipment as needed.
• Pass a pre-employment medical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and accuracy in day-to-day activities.
• Document steps in cGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Escalate problems or deviations in a timely manner.
• Keep production areas clean to 6S standard and sanitize work areas.
• Identify and communicate process improvement initiatives.
• Train others and follow gowning requirements.
• Work in confined spaces and handle heavy materials.
