CreateTO is shaping Toronto’s future through strategic procurement across its $27-billion real estate portfolio. This role provides end-to-end procurement guidance, supporting RFQs, RFPs, and RFSQ with internal stakeholders and partners in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

The position emphasizes supplier management, strategic sourcing, and data-driven reporting, with a focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and timely service delivery in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• A recognized professional procurement designation (CPPB or NISCL-CSCL / former CSCMP), or equivalent experience would be asset.
• Ability to work with highly confidential information and adapt to shifting demands in a complex environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide end to end guidance on RFQs, RFPs, and RFSQ procurement processes.
• Deliver procurement services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prepare procurement documents, memos, pricing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and participate in phone or video conference calls using Zoom, Webex, or similar tools.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records; generate reports from the PO system.
• Source and maintain Approved Service Provider Rosters for various services.
• Manage supplier responses and communicate award decisions internally and externally.
• Facilitate debriefs for unsuccessful RFP respondents on request.
