Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship strategies for MRO and OEM equipment. You will collaborate with Category Principals to drive strategic sourcing, negotiations, contract optimization, and total cost of ownership improvements.

You will contribute to supplier performance management and help meet operational readiness objectives, working to ensure value delivery across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong contract negotiation experience required.
• Proven ability to manage and execute contracts independently.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship strategies for MRO, OEM equipment, parts, and technical services.
• Work collaboratively with Category Principals and business stakeholders to deliver value through strategic sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, contract optimization, supply assurance, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Contribute to supplier performance management and support operational readiness objectives.
