Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a practice leader who will support the unit’s management by providing subject matter expertise to practitioners. You will coordinate and mentor experienced professionals and assist with management activities across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of French is required; advanced English proficiency is needed.

Responsibilities

Develop your practice area and serve as its leading expert.
Produce and organize complex strategic work and deliverables.
Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to analysis, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management.
Help professionals in your unit develop their skills.
Plan and manage your unit's priorities and assign employees to projects and initiatives.
Ensure that practices, processes, methodologies and tools are used properly and efficiently to achieve your unit's objectives.
