Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Assist members and clients who have specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services to ensure their satisfaction.
• Help clients reach their financial goals, develop solutions tailored to their needs, and negotiate terms.
• Help achieve business development objectives by prospecting for, identifying and developing new business opportunities to balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
