Job summary

UHN's Peter Munk Cardiac Centre & Medical Imaging seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across a multi-disciplinary health system portfolio, coordinating with senior leaders to deliver strategic goals.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare project management; PMP or Change Management certification is an asset; undergraduate degree in health or business (Master’s preferred). Temporary full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, CAD salary quoted.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in health or business required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP or Change Management Certification is an asset.
• 5+ years in healthcare project management with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of multiple projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintain focus on change management and communications across stakeholders.
• Interface with sponsors and stakeholders at various levels to build relationships.
• Develop and review short and long-term plans aligned with program goals.
• Mobilize a project team and guide it to execute plans.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues and report to leadership.
• Maintain project budget and collaborate with finance to meet targets.
